1. Order Processing
Once your order is placed and payment is successfully processed, our team begins preparing it for shipment. Please allow 1–3 business days for regular order and 2-4 business days for pre-order processing, during which item availability is confirmed and packaging is completed.
2. Shipping Methods
We partner with trusted shipping carriers to ensure secure and timely delivery of your orders. The shipping method for your order will be determined by factors such as the destination and the package's size/weight. Free standard shipping is available for most orders.Free standard shipping applies only to successfully delivered orders, and any unclaimed or returned parcels are subject to a 5% restocking and exchange fee to cover handling and payment processing costs.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
For Free standard shipping, the estimated delivery time is 5–8 business days from the date your order is processed. For faster delivery, choose other shipping options available at checkout. Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, including customs inspections, weather disruptions, or unforeseen events.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or in your customer account. This tracking number allows you to monitor the status and progress of your shipment online. Please note that tracking information may take up to 48 hours to be updated in the carrier's system.
5. Address Accuracy
To ensure prompt and successful delivery, please provide a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for delays or delivery failures resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
6. Uncollected Orders / Return-to-Sender Packages
It is the responsibility of the customer to track their package and follow any delivery instructions provided by the local courier in their country.
If a parcel is not collected within the timeframe specified by the courier and is returned to us as “unclaimed” or “return to sender,” the following will apply:
Shipping Fee: Free shipping is only valid on successfully completed deliveries. If an order is returned, the actual shipping cost incurred will be deducted from any eligible refund or store credit.
Restocking Fee: A 5% restocking fee will also apply to cover handling and processing.
Exchange Rate & Payment Fees: For international orders, any non-refundable exchange rate losses or payment provider fees will also be deducted from the refund or store credit amount.
Should you wish for your order to be resent, you will be responsible for the reshipping fee.
To avoid delays or returns, please ensure someone is available to receive your order or that you follow up promptly with your local courier service if a delivery attempt is missed.
7. Non-Delivery or Lost Packages
In the rare event that a package is not delivered within the estimated timeframe or is lost in transit, please contact our customer support team. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and, depending on the outcome, arrange for a replacement or refund.
