Refund, Returns & Shipping Policy
We kindly ask that you inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at support@ukbabystore.com with clear photographs so we can assess the issue and take appropriate action.
Please note: We quality check and package our shipments carefully using protective materials and fragile-labeled tape. However, international shipments may occasionally result in dented tins or slightly compressed outer packaging due to transit handling.
As long as the can is not punctured, leaking, busted, or unsealed — and the inner foil pouch remains fully intact — the product is considered safe to use.
If you are not comfortable using dented cans, the products must be returned to us for safety inspection and investigation. A full refund will only be issued once the returned items are received and verified at our facility.

Severely Damaged Boxes at Delivery
If the outer shipping box appears severely damaged at the time of delivery, customers may refuse the parcel. The package will be returned to us free of charge.
Please note that a 5% fee will be deducted from the refund to cover merchant processing fees and international exchange rate costs.
Cancellations & Refunds
We will make every effort to cancel orders upon request. However, orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled, and tracking may not update until midnight on the day of dispatch.
If your cancellation request is approved, a 5% fee will be deducted to cover payment processing, currency exchange (for non-UK orders), and restocking costs. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
To avoid these fees, you may request store credit for the full amount.
Incorrect Product Selection
Please ensure you select the correct product, brand, formulation, and stage at checkout. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for incorrect selections once shipped.
Shipping Delays
Orders are typically delivered within 3–9 business days. However, delays due to customs processing may occur. While we do our best to assist, we are unable to cancel or refund orders that are delayed after dispatch.
Uncollected Orders / Return-to-Sender Parcels
It is the customer’s responsibility to track their package and follow any delivery instructions provided by their local courier.
If your parcel is not collected and is returned to us as “unclaimed” or “return to sender,” the following deductions will apply:

Shipping Fee: Free shipping is only valid on successfully completed deliveries. The actual shipping cost will be deducted from any eligible refund or store credit.

Restocking Fee: A 5% restocking fee will apply.

Exchange & Payment Fees: For international orders, any non-refundable exchange rate losses or payment provider fees will also be deducted.
If you would like your order to be resent, a reshipping fee will apply.
Refunds for unclaimed or return-to-sender parcels will only be processed once the returned package has been received and verified at our facility.
